Tried it so you don’t have to!
My room was perfectly fine, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Ideal location near a big supermarket and breakfast was included. Less expensive than other nearby hotels.
The hotel facilities felt very outdated, with numerous cleanliness issues and unresponsive management. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, and I experienced inconsistent hot water during my stay.

Clean room with nice views. Wi-Fi was slow and spotty in our room.

missingWrote a review on Sept 02fitness centerbasketball courton-site gift shopoutdated indoor pool
The modern fitness center and basketball court were great for activities, and we loved the on-site gift shop for souvenirs. We visited the local park and a popular hiking trail, which made our trip even more memorable. Just a heads up, expect minimal dining options inside. Overall, a fun stay with plenty to do nearby!
One thing to note, the indoor pool was not in great shape and could use some attention. It didn't impact our trip much, but it's something to consider if you're eager to swim.

The location is great for walking to the university. I appreciated the free parking. I also enjoyed the nice lobby area during my stay.
The place feels old, and many outdoor areas are not clean. There has been no pool for a long time, which is not mentioned anywhere.

It was a smart choice for taking strolls in Boulder at a good price. We had a laugh when the rollaway bed looked like it was straight out of an attic. Just don't expect hot water in the morning.

Comfortable Stay with Some Ups and Downs
I enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy Standard King Room. The staff was friendly, but check-in took longer than expected. I recommend dining at the on-site restaurant for a satisfying meal. Just keep an eye on the cleanliness in common areas.
