    Very good

Despite the hotel's austere appearance the staff were all times very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for Boulder attractions, restaurants, Pearl St etc. The room was large and comfortable

I must agree with other reviewers that management need to plan and budget to maintain and upgrade the facilities eg a complimentary fridge and safe in the room as well as painting, furniture etc in the public areas. There was a football game one evening and for that night the charge was excessive. During an extensive tour this was the first time I have been asked to pay for a wifi connection. However the free lobby connection didn't work so I was given free wifi for the duration.

Location only. The rest is bad for this type of well known chain. I still don't understand how come millennium chain still operate this lousy building

    Exceptional

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I loved the grounds and the out door patio area and the two swimming pools are lovely. The staff were curteous, friendly, and helpful. The hotel shuttle would take me anywhere in the city for $8 per trip and was prompt in picking me up for the return trip. There was a grocery store/pharmacy and a variety of restaurants very close by.

I would have preferred more variety of choices both in porportion sizes and meal prices for evening dining.

I though hotel was very dated . Way over priced. It was no different then a hotel that charges around 79 bucks a night . Very disappointing . I didn't like anything . If you forget anything , like a razor they send you to a grocery store .

The common areas of the hotel (pool, bar, lobby) seemed nice and updated.

The room was terrible! The air conditioner leaked all day/night and made the floor constantly wet. The room had a smell of mold and stale water. The hallways leading to the room were gross and dirty. The cleaning staff left dirty linens laying all over the place all day long. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Also, our room did not have a hair dryer as was promised in the description. Upon request, it took 45 min and a trip to the lobby to actually get a hair dryer. Missed a dinner reservation because of that incident. :(

    Fabulous

Great indoor (lap) and good outdoor pools.Everything else good. Helpful staff.

Like every other hotel these days, expensive. But I go a relatively good rate here.

    Good

Having to pay for a cup of coffee from your breakfast room if we were not going to be eating there. I realize that there is a coffee maker in the room but you don't have real milk or cream in the room and sometimes guests just want to lounge in the outside areas in nice weather. We had just come from Telluride and Glenwood Springs and both hotels we stayed in offer a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and cookie bar all day. The common areas became a very social place where we met many delightful travelers like ourselves. Your hotel was not very user friendly in that respect.

    Very good

It was very convenient for the CU Graduation. Food in the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality.

    Good

The hotel has 4 stars, and is priced as such. It's history as a 1970s era concrete bunker-style building is apparent though. It has been renovated cosmetically, but it still has the old feel, carpets, etc -- and the renovations are veneer. For example, the bathrooms have the old tub, tiles, but they replaced the counter top with a granite one... looks funny!

    Good

A very average hotel that looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's, however, proximity to cu Boulder is excellent, walking distance to stadium and adjacent to a beautiful walk/ bike trail .

    Needs updating.

Close to Colorado University campus, Chautauqua Auditorium (concerts, etc) and Downtown Boulder.

I did not like the millennium house, but the olympic size swimming pool was great.

Service was not great. It did not feel clean. It is in desperate need of a renovation. My husband and I were on a road trip. We've stayed in over 30 hotels in the last month and a half. This hotel ranks in the bottom 3.

Location is best, very close to the shopping area and Colorado Univ.

The last day, I asked you the taxi to airport, however, it is not taxi, but Limousine, a bit expensive than I expected...
